Now a few weeks on from the initial complaint, guess what, the problem still exists! Talk about incompetence!!Ģ. Constant missing price data on the MT4 charts (that they admit to) - but after about a month of trying to fix the error they still have not - despite one customer Live rep 'lying' to me saying it had been fixed whilst shortly after another rep said it was not and that they were still trying to fix the problem. I have been using IBFX Australia now for about two months and all I can say, in my experience during that time, is that this is an awful broker-ġ. The TP was just hit and price moved the other way, or SL was avoided by less than 1 pip. Many times the price avoided my TP levels at less than 1 pip or my SL was hit and imediatly the price moved the other way, but also it happened as many times viceversa. I did not have the spike issues described by others, as for the diferences in candle patterns it is normal and if one does not know the reasons for why it is happening, then it only means that he/she is a beginner ang has still a lot to learn. And I cannot enter trades either during these moments.ĭuring my experience with them I had no other issues. But this is not a good way to monitor your trades. Of course, one time as I had an open trade during a freezing period and couldn't close it at a certain price (seen at other broker) they did refund my account with the right amount. Now I took a break for almost 3 weeks as couldn't handle my nerves. IT IS SUSPICIOUS THAT THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS TO TREAT SUCH AN IMPORTANT PROBLEM LIKE THIS AND LET IT LAST FOR SO LONG. As I said above, it lasted for at least 1.5 months. More disturbing are the ROBOTIC answers to the many report I made, which are all the same - "We are aware of the issue, and our team is trying to solve it asap. Due to the described issues, it became imposible to do it. So beeing 100% able to operate at anticipated moments is essential for me. My trading style depends 100% on personal chart alalysis, NO indicators, NO EA's etc. My account is 150% and have been very satisfied only until recently (about 2 month ago) when some issues started to anoy me.Įvery time a big move in the market was ongoing (usualy important news) the plaform freezez and it comes back when it is too late to do anything. I have a live account since the begining of 2012, and I have been trading on demo also with them 1-2 years earlier. Bellow I will describe my experience with them.
